This is my poor boy. I know he doesn't look too bad, but you need to take into account that this is day 4 of being sick with influenza. You should have seen him on day 2!
And on to what Mom is doing while taking care of this sweety. The first 2 days I held him and loved him as he whined. Yesterday, I tried to recover from lack of sleep AND then there is today. Well, let's just say today I am stewing over things I can't do much about RIGHT NOW, like the chipping paint in my bathroom. Would someone who really loves to paint, come and touch up my baseboards and doors in my bathroom please before I go

Oh, and my long lost love is found again. Several years ago when Joe and I were first married. I did all I could to scrimp and save (Heck, I still do!) It doesn't matter how much money we have, I am still scrimping and saving. Well, I gave up many things that I loved, but thought I could live without due to the expense of them and Downey was one of them. Just the other day, my Mom sent up clothes that had been left at her house and she had washed. It was heavenly smelling that scent of Downey on them. I took off right to the store to buy me some! I do not want to live without my clothes smelling fresh, AGAIN!
